General laboratory analysis and characterization of explosives was the bulk of my efforts as a Scientist II. I also worked on novel instruments for testing the many characteristics of explosives as well as the ingredients of explosives.

As an application specialist my primary directive is to ensure that the products offered by Dyno Nobel meet the customers requirements. Developing products to meet those needs, starts in the Laboratory, honing the preferred candidates. Pilot Plant evaluations enables the process of manufacture to be determined and optimized. Collaborating with engineering, a system is developed, installed, and commissioned at locations throughout the world. I am directly involved with all these aspects of developing products to meet our customers needs.
