Project specific contract employment with demolition contractor managing decommissioning and documentation associated with demolition of former Chrysler Automotive North and South Plants in Fenton, MO. Procured, coordinated, and documented subcontractor/vendor activities associated with decommissioning of facility in preperation for demolition. This included procuring necessary subcontractors/vendors for utility disconnects, conducting environmental surveys, organizing/managing site security/safety, coordinating/managing permitting process, conducting regular site inspections, and organizing/ monitoring various operational controls.

Project Manager for construction firm while working closely with development company. Primary role is to oversee all construction aspects associated with the development of new project sites and the construction of new facilities on existing sites. Primary responsibilities include 1) developing and maintaining relationships with designers, contractors, government agencies, and utility companies; 2)estimating project costs during all phases of development (from conceptual plans through fully designed documents); 3)scheduling project activities and coordinating all parties associated with project whether they have direct or in-direct involvement with the project; 4) Negotiating vendor agreements; 5) developing and maintaining project controls; 6) assembling billings and maintaining positive cash-flow; and 6)overseeing project completion/close-out.
