My professional background includes many years of government service and private sector experience, serving constituents and stakeholders in a variety of capacities. These activities include managing complex projects, administering statewide and global programs, and leading numerous committees and working groups. Responsibilities have included coordination of emergency management activities, managing 24/7 public safety communications centers, law enforcement support services, and administration of various technology applications. My education and training background includes a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice Law Enforcement. I hold several globally recognized certifications including the CPP, CEM, CFE, Security+ and CC. I have attended leadership schools including the FBI National Academy and LEMIT Leadership Command College and the hold SIRA Practitioner and Instructor certifications.
