Responsible for managing operations of Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) facilities globally. Provide strategic direction and leadership for all global SOC locations and personnel assigned. Responsible for global security services and identified operations including crisis management, client service, problem resolution, service enhancement, and account development. Provide global operational management and oversight and ensure that strategic initiatives are implemented according to client's direction and global standards are consistent across the organization. Provide global oversight for the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development and retention of staff. Plans, assigns, and directs work; provides performance feedback, mentors associates, and carries out disciplinary actions, as necessary; supports staff as appropriate in carrying out their respective responsibilities. Develop and present training courses for GSOC operators and supervisors, consistent with current and emerging job duties. Includes monitoring of enterprise wide security alerts and providing security support protecting client assets. Maintain an operational focus on identifying, analyzing, and responding to physical security incidents that could impact company sites, employees, or company assets. Continually improve the communication of security alerts, critical event management, or emergency response.

Diverse role included a wide range of responsibilities related to law enforcement administration and management. Creation and implementation of a comprehensive inspection program which provided oversight to all functional components in the division. Thoughtful service as the program manager over various law enforcement technology initiatives which have now been implemented. These projects include a hosted records management system, mobile cloud computing, and mobile identification devices. This role included strategic planning activities related to budgeting, performance measures, and technological innovation. Provided excellence service as the divisional grant writer and administrator, having written and managed over 30 grant awards from State and Federal sources, with a combined value of over $8,000,000. Shared responsibilities for the development of an inter-operable communications system, including active participation and collaboration on various committees and working groups related to communications and technology. Shared responsibility for staffing the State Operations Center (SOC) during emergency activations. Held ranks of Captain and Assistant Commander / Assistant Chief while in this role.

Orchestrated highly effective training activities and complex logistics for up to 50 personnel over a 30 week long state-certified law enforcement training academy. Meticulous reporting, archival, and retention training records and reports for cadet classes over a five year period. Engaged in marketing and recruiting events and field training. Outstanding service on a collaborative team, working effectively to develop new employees, on a daily basis for the first six months of their career. Impactful supervision, evaluation, and development of personnel in a purposely stressful and challenging environment. Held the rank of Lieutenant while in this role.

Field based state police officer, enforcing state laws and conducting compliance checks. Responsible for safeguarding equipment and completing required reports. Responsible for recruiting and public programs in area of responsibility.

Served as Community Supervision and Corrections Officer, serving multiple State District and County Courts in Midland County Texas. Supervised a caseload of 120+ felony and misdemeanor probationers. This supervision included office and field visits, court appearances, client drug testing, completion of pre-sentence and post-sentence investigations, and filing of motions to revoke probation.

Store manager in charge of total store operations with approximately 20 staff. Responsible for ensuring quality customer service, training, staffing and scheduling, hiring, and performance reviews. Monitored budget, daily sales reporting, inventory control, loss prevention, and facilities maintenance issues. Weekly sales of 15-20K. Assisted with grand opening of multiple store locations, to assist newly hired and assigned staff.

Served as department head for the Video Rental Section and the Customer Service Center. In each role, supervised approximately 15-20 staff, including hiring, performance reviews, and coaching/training. Responsible for meeting budget, sales per man hour projections, loss prevention, and inventory control. Served as an assistant service manager, running customer facing operations of the store front end. This included oversight of cashiers, carry out, maintenance staff, bookkeeping, and satellite departments. On a shift, 40-60 staff would be scheduled. Store sales approximately $1,000,000 weekly. Served as a bookkeeper, balancing daily sales and completing daily store sales ledger. This included completing daily deposits, balancing registers, ordering funds, calling on returned checks, and completing various store accountability forms.
