Seek Team facilitates the meeting between supply and demand around a theme: the recruitment of players in the world of e-sport. It offers 100% dedicated tools for this purpose and supports more than 100 video games.

- Head of the research and development team (up to 8 developers) - Code audit before buyouts of companies for Fiducial - Technical vision of products in the medium / long term - Industrialization of developments - Management of several applications built with Symfony, PHP, Vue.js (~1 million unique visitors / day). ~400 GitHub repositories - DevOps culture adoption, embrace failure - Automation++ (Ansible) - Continuous integration, functional & unit tests, continuous deployment, continuous migration - Guide other company services for better processes/tooling (ticketing, reporting, documentation...)

- Ensure the evolution of our main application (130,000 lines of code in Symfony - PHP) - Management of junior profile + work-study profiles - Adoption of the SCRUM methodology - Monitoring + application performance (Graphite / Statsd / Grafana) - DevOps orientation - Migration of the production infrastructure to a redundant network between datacenters (Apache / Mysql to load balancing nginx + varnish + MariaDB + Redis) - Project management - Code audit - Redesign of the application backoffice with the new Symfony standards.
