• Process SHI Purchase Orders (POs) with a large number of IT vendors using a variety of ordering methods, such as electronic ordering (EDI/XML) • Resolve order issues with SHI Sales Representatives and our IT vendors • Form and maintain vendor relationships to meet SHI’s performance, efficiency and pricing requirements • Actively communicate and interact with various internal departments and make sourcing decisions to pick best vendor based on performance, pricing and/or availability

• Updating and developing of salesforce database for contractual agreements • Establishing contacts and connections with contractual parties • Support the development of engineering budgets of current assigned projects

• Receive real-world hands-on experience working in a distribution network in the Beverage Industry's peak season. • Experience building customer orders using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment • Managed inventory of all product and performed tasks using VIP software • Assisted Sales members with customer visits, merchandising, forecasts, and deliveries • Develop and implement improvements and solutions for damaged products while inputing customer data of broken and repaired products to optimize waste • Worked with the disposal and recycling of glass, aluminum, plastic bottles, cardboard, and shrink wrap
