-Work closely with senior leadership as part of the Founder’s Office, supporting brand and growth initiatives across multiple priorities -Handle hands-on execution across events, content, partnerships, PR coordination, and sales enablement -Own end-to-end planning and execution for brand presence at key industry events, coordinating with designers, vendors, and internal teams -Support the creation of content and messaging for external communication, including thought leadership, collaterals, and presentations -Help translate ideas into on-ground execution in lean setups where clarity evolves along the way -Act as a support point for high-priority tasks, focusing on follow-through, detail, and timely delivery

I collaborated with a 40-member team, contributing to the design, content, and PR initiatives. Our primary goal was to promote and publicize diverse events and campaigns orchestrated by the Entrepreneurship Cell. Furthermore, I participated in the team dedicated to the operations of the IMT Innovation and Incubation Centre at IMT Ghaziabad.

-Worked on hands-on execution across content, social media, and on-ground marketing initiatives -Supported creation and distribution of short-form content, contributing to improved engagement and audience growth -Assisted in planning and executing customer events, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders -Supported lead generation and campaign execution across multiple client accounts -Helped track performance and outcomes across campaigns to inform future execution

-Gained first-hand experience of business processes in the hospitality sector from training in the three core departments of the hotel- kitchens, food service, and housekeeping. -Developed interpersonal and communication skills with the help of daily guest interactions. -Learned how to prioritise work and time management skills by working directly under the mentorship of the IRD manager.
