Through this MBA, I aim to combine my practical experience as an Executive Recruiter with advanced HR knowledge to transition into HR executive roles, contribute to strategic workforce planning, and help organizations build high-performing teams. Completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, which has provided me with a strong foundation in accounting, finance, business management, and economics. Through this program, I have developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills that are essential for understanding business operations and financial management.

Completed a comprehensive Full Stack Development course at Red & White Multimedia Edu, gaining practical skills in both frontend and backend web development. The program covered technologies and frameworks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, and MySQL, along with version control using Git/GitHub. During the course, I developed hands-on experience in building responsive, dynamic, and database-driven web applications, implementing CRUD operations, and integrating APIs. The program also emphasized problem-solving, debugging, and collaborative project development, preparing me to work effectively in real-world software development environments.
