As a member of the General Insurance Executive Committee, I am responsible for: - Leading the General Insurance strategic planification process across the GI Cluster - Overseeing the Bancassurance network governance and performance - Developing and scaling the Agriculture line of business - Structuring and managing strategic partnerships (banks, telcos, insurtechs) to support growth, innovation, and market expansion across Africa.

Strategy Advising: Provides insights and counsel to the CEO on key business decisions, priorities, and challenges. Operational efficiency : Streamlines internal processes, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures strategic initiatives are executed effectively. Executive Communication : Make analysis, prepares reports presentations, and key messages for stakeholders. Project Management : Leads high-impact projects across departments, ensuring alignment with business goals Leadership & Culture : Supports organizational development, champions company culture, and ensures leadership cohesion.

The Transformation team I manage have 3 main missions dispatch into teams : Control & reporting Monitor and control IT providers billing data with the different deliverable managed by Org Management. Provide the necessary inputs for the preparation of the strategic planning Program management Manage an audit & transformation program in 7 local entities (Ivory Coast, Senegal, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Madagascar and Cameroon). Manage the team of Project managers working on the program. Steering and coordinate all initiatives that result from this program. Implementation of a consolidated reporting to monitor the progress of these various initiatives. Product & Governance Ensure the simplification and the harmonization of the products for the Region by conducting analysis of the product structure, portfolio and customer journey of local entities.

Management of several projects within the company, my main tasks were : - Apply agile method practice with an iterative and incremental approach (sprint design, definition of a MVP, etc.) - Project planning activities (plan, sprint design, etc.) - Identification and definition of risk management strategies - Allocation and monitoring of project budget (over 2M€ for the most important project) - Coordination of various steering committees - Collaborative work in a multicultural environment. - Conduct retrospective in the perspective of document management and continuous improvement.

Worked on digitalization and externalization projects such as : - Implementation of an EDM (Electronic Document Management) - Integration of the EDM with SAP - Dematerialization and externalization of accounting processes - Automatization of process using Robot Process Automation (RPA) technology
