About
My purpose is to learn and share with my family and team. With over a decade of Experience in life science industry, I have always been very passionate about the power of pharma engineering to help and transform daily the lives of the whole World. I hold a B. A. in architecture and a MBA in Strategic and Economic Project Management. I wrote articles focused on GMP standards, Process Architecture, Biotechnology and Biosafety Levels. Also lectured about Good Engineering Practices, projects in BIM, Sustainability and Biotec Design. Proud to found the WIN Group (Women In Nordika), an initiative to inspire, motivate and promote female leadership, aiming to contribute to gender equality in the sector. Also, very proud to create the “Collaborate Across Boundaries Award” to congratulate the outstanding employees of the year and a great enthusiastic of the use of virtual reality for design improvements. I keep trying to put sustainability on the spot and making room for open debate about it and its impacts in life and in the business. Over my career I can highlight skills on big picture thinking, Communication, Negotiation and influence, Conflict resolution, Stakeholder management and Analytical thinking. Building strong and winning Teams are my biggest passion. And remember, success is what happens after you’ve survived ALL your mistakes.
