- Developed hiring strategies to attract diverse candidates of the global recruiting division, collaborating with Engineer Managers to create recruitment plans as the sole recruiter in the division. - Executed various activities, such as on-campus events, direct sourcing, and maintaining relationships with recruiting agencies, while optimizing recruiting platforms for efficiency. Managed end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring successful candidate attraction, offer closure, and ongoing communication support for prospective employees. - Consistently achieved annual hiring targets of 30+ international Software Engineers with a focus on high-quality hires. - Oversaw the onboarding experience for about 100 international employees annually, including relocation and VISA application support. - Designed and implemented employee onboarding plans from job offer acceptance through the first month of employment.

- Successfully conducted multiple recruiting projects, encompassing engineering, financial, and corporate back-office positions, resulting in 20 annual recruits. - Initiated and led weekly discussions with company board members, taking charge of identifying and addressing deficiencies, thereby reviewing and improving the recruiting process and activities. - Supported payroll teams by verifying employee working hours, selecting an attendance management service, and enhancing its utilization and creating monthly record of employee working hours. - Served as the initial point of contact for employees and took the lead in addressing questions regarding insurance and labor-related policies within the company.

- As a member of the Balaka District Office's Community Development Team dispatched by JICA, sought improvements in administrative planning and coordination. - Recruited community members from targeted communities to execute projects organized by the District Office. - Conducted field research and interviews with local communities and residents to gather opinions and information, identifying high-priority issues within these communities. - Developed income-generating business plans and actively supported daily business activities, promoting financial security and empowerment for community members, ultimately fostering sustainability.
