I began my legal career at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Perkins Coie — two of the most sophisticated corporate practices in the country. I learned early how capital gets structured, how institutions decide what’s fundable, and what it takes to make complex assets legible to the people controlling capital flows.That formation led to the Chevron foreign intellectual property portfolio — overseeing complex, cross-jurisdictional assets at institutional scale across international markets.What I carried out of that work wasn’t a title. It was a structural understanding of how the largest capital systems in the world actually operate and what they systematically overlook.What they overlook is regenerative infrastructure in emerging markets. The capital exists. The projects exist. What’s missing is the architecture between them.That’s what I build now.I’m the founder and Capital Architect of The Capital Coherence Group — a closed-loop institutional system spanning capital readiness, fund structuring, deployment, and wealth preservation across Africa and Latin America.
