1-Monitor and control production processes to ensure quality standards are met. 2-Conduct dry and wet lab tests on tissue production samples. 3-Measure, calibrate, and manage chemical dosing to optimize product quality. 4-Analyze process data and recommend improvements to enhance product consistency. 5-Support startup and commissioning of tissue machine PM1. 6-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot quality issues and optimize operations.

1- Conduct routine quality control tests on products at various stages of production. 2- Perform visual and mechanical inspections of products and materials. 3- Monitor production processes for adherence quality standards, report deviation, and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. 4- Document and report tests results ,noting any deviations from standards. 5- Prepare and submit reports. 6- investigate non-conforming products collaborate with production department team to implement corrective actions , monitor,and adjust their effectiveness as needed. 7- Extensive experience at SAP system.

1- supervising the production line of PE and POF films. 2- control normal run problems and the waste of the raw material and finished product. 3- Issue the daily production reports showing (Performance, Waste percentage and Material Consumption).

1- Receiving, recording, and arrange orders. 2- Sending production requests to the production department. 3- Follow up the production process . 4- Responsible for shipping orders to customers.
