With nearly 15 years of hands-on experience across IT, HR, and leadership, I provide comprehensive solutions in recruitment, interim HR, and process development. My passion lies in solving challenges that may seem “impossible” at first glance—always through the lens of ownership values and strategic alignment. As Founder, Managing Director, and Lead Consultant at ProcessHunt, I work to build high-performing, effective teams at middle and senior management levels. As an outsourced resource, I participated in several large-scale projects, primarily taking on roles as a test manager and process coordinator. The largest project I was involved in as a Test Manager was a nationwide greenfield logistics initiative for Sagemcom Hungary, where I led a team of four testers over the course of nearly two years. In addition to that, I contributed to various smaller-scale development projects, including those in the tourism and hospitality sectors. My responsibilities included coordinating project workflows, supporting test strategy development, building testing teams, and migrating several years’ worth of test cases into new test management tools, among other tasks.

As a key user of a custom-made back office system, I provided support to internal users. I actively participated in developments related to the back office system, liaised with stakeholders, wrote functional specifications, tested new features, and documented issues for developers. Additionally, I managed the product management of an XML automated advertisement publishing channel. Furthermore, I played a role in the introduction of a CRM system as a key user, where we coordinated existing and new processes, and tested the entire system. Other major projects included testing the introduction of an e-commerce channel, testing all processes and functions in an organization-wide migration project, preparing for the introduction of a service management platform, and designing processes along with testing. I also handled change request management, prioritization, and issue management.

In the field of Information Technology and Manufacturing, I have gained experience in executing various recruitment projects, ranging from creating job advertisements to conducting executive-level selections, including headhunting.
