As a Technical & Operational Excellence Manager, I spearheaded highly specialized process engineers, an automation and manufacturing engineering team, and production IT. My primary objective was to propel the entire company to an elevated business stratum through the implementation of Operational Excellence (OPX) strategies. This entailed guiding specialized teams to optimize processes, pioneer innovative automation solutions, and fortify the production IT infrastructure, thereby augmenting overall business eminence at the senior management level. As the head of Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Building Infrastructure, and Production IT, I drove the sustainable development of the company. This involved implementing efficient manufacturing processes, energy savings through technological innovations, and promoting sustainable practices. The focus was on optimizing resource usage, energy efficiency of building infrastructure, and integrating environmentally friendly IT solutions to increase efficiency and reduce environmental impact. The goal was to increase competitiveness while creating sustainable value for the company.

As the head of the Maintenance Department, responsible for the development of automation specialists, budget management, and workforce planning at the factory level, I led the sustainable progress of the department. This involved nurturing automation experts, managing budgets, and strategically planning human resources at the factory level to drive efficient maintenance practices. The focus was on optimizing processes, managing resources effectively, and ensuring a proactive, sustainable approach in the maintenance activities. The ultimate aim was to enhance productivity, streamline costs, and foster a sustainable operational framework.

In my role as TPM Team Leader, I oversaw the plant-wide rollout of operational business methodologies alongside a team. Simultaneously, I led the transition of the maintenance strategy from reactive and preventive to a predictive approach. This involved developing and implementing sustainable plans to enhance operational efficiency by adopting predictive maintenance practices, minimizing downtimes, and maximizing productivity.

Throughout my extensive career as a mechatronics and automation specialist at prominent companies, I've had extensive international exposure. My responsibilities included machine acceptance tests, commissioning, and support across various regions. Notably, I played a key role in establishing a maintenance department in the USA, providing valuable insights into international business practices. As a project leader, I successfully implemented Lean processes and automated complex machines. These initiatives optimized operations and introduced sophisticated automation solutions for intricate systems. These experiences have deepened my understanding of process enhancement and productivity at the highest levels.

As a developing as an mechatronics specialist, overseeing CNC machines, automation systems, forging, hardening, turning machines, robots, and infrastructure, my focus was on learning and maintaining these state-of-the-art technologies to ensure their optimal operation and efficiency. My goal was continuous learning and upkeep of these systems to guarantee smooth operations.

In my voluntary role within the works council, I contributed extensive expertise in labor law and industrial relations law. Moreover, I served as the head of the Economic Committee, actively supporting the expansion and sustainable development of the site for future prospects.
