Albridge was bought by PNC then sold to BNYM and became part of Pershing during this timeframe. Led the full-lifecycle recruiting efforts for technical and business roles; built improved hiring and interview processes. Completed all reporting and training of new HR team members and partnered on HR initiatives. Awarded a performance award by the CEO, and offered mentorship with a Global Head of HR.

(TMP/Monster and Hudson) Started as a Director in the Recruitment Solutions team and consulted clients on effective recruiting strategies and staff augmentation. Migrated to the Hudson Global Resources division, owned by TMP in account development and then to a Corporate Recruiting Lead supporting the CIO of Monster's technology recruiting efforts internally (Monster was owned by Tmp Worldwide until the NJ office was relocated back to NYC).

Promoted to lead the Career Services departments for the tri-state area campuses by leading a team responsible for ensuring graduating students were trained in interviewing and placed in new positions that would utilize their technical training.
