Role: Functional Consultant – SCM Responsibilities: • Provides functional assistance to Operations, Applications, in order to resolve functional issues or problems. • Uses available resources to research, resolve and recommend solutions for the most complex and critical systems. • Managing day-to-day user support and providing production support and solving end-user problems. • Preparing MD050 documents for any customizations. • Interaction with client/end users & updating the issue status. • There will also be interaction with other modules consultants/Technical Consultants/DBAs/Developers. • In case, if the issue requires support from Oracle, then log SR and co-ordinate with oracle support team till closure. • Preparing Test Cases, Test Data & testing. • Take requirement from Users for Custom Objects and Provide MD 50 to Technical Team to develop it. • Co-ordinate with Technical Team to till migration of Custom Object. • To provide Functional Document like MD 50, TE40 for migration

• Data Management to accurate product, pricing & invoicing information. • Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times & locations are coordinated. • Co-ordinate with 3PL (3rd party logistics) team for smooth shipment and ensure on time delivery at customer location. • Vendor & Customer identification, development & localization. • Purchase order releasing to suppliers and ensure the timely delivery. • Co-ordinate with suppliers to improve delivery performance. • Responsible for complete start to end supply chain operations. • Closely working with clearing agent for on time assessment of goods, payment of duty and customs clearance of consignment/shipments. • Monitoring List of Import material and regularly taking follow up with forwarders regarding shipment. • Negotiation with Forwarders for Import of Shipment. • Support manufacturing operations with an uninterrupted flow of materials and services. • Planning and scheduling the complete activities from procurement to dispatch. • Handling Product costing. • Monitoring List of Samples in India. • Monitoring List of Sales Order for delivery and production planning. • Co-ordinate with Sales team and Production team regarding Sales Order.

• To Prepare and revise the QMS documents(Quality Manual, Quality system procedures, Documentation) • To maintain Nonconformities and audit reports. • To take necessary corrective action and preventive action. • Coordination with certification body • To represent the management during certification and surveillance audit. • To ensuring the compliance of all functions as per ISO • To prepare Management Review Meeting schedule and conducting all Management Review Meeting. • To prepare Audit schedules, conducting internal audit, Preparing audit reports, writing nonconformity reports. • Time to time review of all the functions, to check the effective implementation of QMS. • To ensure the testing of all outgoing product in compliance with the RTL as well as National & International standard with testing department and maintain the records for BIS audit and safety audit. • Regular testing as per Indian and International standards such as IS, IEC etc. and release of new product or modification in product. • To conduct Finished Goods Audit for All Domestic, Export products and calculation of Quality level. • Root cause analysis with help of seven QC tools, initiation of Corrective & preventive actions for all Non conformances (In-house & market). • Interacting with Development & Production for solving quality related issues. • To ensure Initial release of new components in accordance with design requirement. • To interact with Production, Process, QA, Marketing and Service dept. for new as well as existing products and quality related issues.
