With over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, I am a seasoned engineering leader and product developer who is passionate about creating innovative solutions for complex challenges. As the Vice President & Head of Conductor Etch Memory KPU at Applied Materials, I oversee the application qualification, share & revenue growth in the Conductor Memory segment. Previously led Conductor Etch product development teams with technical ownership on technology and development for various sub-systems of next generation Etch products My core competencies include engineering management, product development, semiconductor equipment manufacturing, and plasma etch technology. I have a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving product strategy and roadmap, delivering high-quality products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I also have a solid academic background, with a MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a certificate in Engineering Leadership from Berkeley ELPP. I am always eager to learn new skills, explore new technologies, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to advance the field of semiconductor engineering.
