I have10 years’ experience in different types of scope industry in different department like (Quality & Production & NPD) with a strong desire to learn more. My current exp. as a Plant Manager.• Directing and managing Rubber & Plastic manufacturing operation to ensure that the objectives are achieved in terms of Production, Quality & Delivery. • Leading, guiding, monitoring and improving team performance to ensure that employee knowledge and capabilities are continuously enhanced. • Follow up on time delivery of raw material & monitor quality of same. • Maintaining required quality levels are up to the satisfaction of customers. • Providing remedial actions for day-to-day quality defects in each section of rubber & plastic manufacturing. • RFQ activities & conducting technical presentations for manufacturing feasibility analysis. • Conducting component cost evaluation & finalization commercial activities. • Develop new supplier and coordinate with supplier and customer for product development activities. • Lead for mold trial, testing & validation and coordinate with internal department & customer. • Preparing cost saving plan & VAVE activities, inventory analysis & yearly budgeting.• Work closely with the customer to understand and develop the design as per the requirement of the customers • Oversee parameters for different equipment steps, as per the design of new product and sequence of manufacturing processes for proposed product design. • Performing root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. • Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to team members • Oversee recruitment, training and capability building of employees of the department
