1. Implement and adapt human resource-related process initiated by corporate human resource. 2. Maintain variety of human resource-related programmes to ensure that the organization's current and future human resource requirements are met. These programmes may include: recruitment; training and development; employee relations; compensation/remuneration; benefits; performance evaluation; organizational development; equal employment/affirmative action; employee wellness; human resources administration; human resource information systems; payroll. 3. Support to define and implement organizational design process and transformation projects of the organization . (Long-term business goals & objectives, strategies, processes, Structure, Competency, Job Description). 4. Manage, evaluate and develop a team of human resource professionals to ensure that the organization's human resource strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards. 5. Liaise with functional or operational area managers to implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall human resource strategy. 6. Represent the plant in interactions with external parties (immediate community, industry associations, government agencies, labour relations authorities, media, not-for-profit organizations) in order to protect the organization's interests and reputation. 7. Maintain the company culture through enhancing communication to employees on Camso vision, mission, core values, market conditions, company challenges and decisions. 8. Ensure fairness of all the activities and programmes related to human resources and maintain industrial peace and harmony. 9. Ensure security of people and plant property are in line with company security standards.
