I head the India Tobacco Division and the Trade Marketing and Distribution business at ITC Limited. The Trade Marketing and Distribution business handles the distribution of all the FMCG products of the company covering Cigarettes, Food Products, Personal care products, Agarbatti and Matches.

Was given the responsibility of creating a new business category for the Foods Division. Was responsible for identifying Snacks as an area worth pursuing and went on to set up and run the Snacks Business (Bingo) of ITC Limited.

Headed Manufacturing Operations for the Tobacco Division of ITC. Responsible for all Manufacturing Units (4 company owned plants and 3 Outsourced Plants). Complete responsible for all aspects of Operations. Fulfilling Market Requirements, Quality strategy, Technology Induction strategy, Manpower Planning including negotiation of long term agreements with Unions. External Interface with Statutory bodies etc.

Headed the Manufacturing Plant at Bangalore of ITC Limited's Tobacco Division. Was responsible for setting up the new facility in Devanahalli and moving the entire manufacturing operations from the Frazer Town facility to the new state of art facility without any loss in Production.
