Implement own Data Centre of Medical College at IQ City, Durgapur according to the guideline of MCI (now NMC) and DR in Kolkata (9th Floor, Mani Squire Mall). Compliance of NMC guidelines for medical college and hospital (process and infrastructure with security). Analyze and implement new functionalities (patch management) according to stake holder’s requirements and govt. or other authority’s compliance. Upgrade HIS with multi access point (i.e. Hospital and medical college itself, Corporate Office – Kolkata, Marketing Office – Kolkata, Urban Centre of Durgapur within 20 km radius, and rural medical center under CSR within 50-100 km radius). Establish digital library and digital classroom with remote monitoring facility. Preparation of Budget and pass through approval committee. Complete vendor management.

Managing IT infrastructure consist of 1150+ pc with 7 IBM x series server and four 16-chassis IBM Blade server with currently 33 servers with 4 storage unit connected with SAN switches with IBM Tape Library. 6 core switches with OFC backbone and cat6 uplink for 76 distribution switches. 4 MPLS link with point to point OFC connectivity.
