Sujay Subrahmanyan

Sujay Subrahmanyan is a Partner at Bain & Company currently at their Mumbai office. He has worked in multiple industries inc. industrial goods and services, healthcare and private equity. Within these sectors his focus has been on Digital transformations, Customer Loyalty, Growth Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Improvement. During his ten years, he has worked across Mumbai, Delhi and New York. He also has an abiding interest in start-ups and is an angel investor. He has also seconded at NITI Aayog (formerly Planning Commission) as an EA to the CEO, where he was instrumental in driving several large public policy initiatives including the Digital India campaign, etc. Sujay is a Masters in Management graduate from London Business School and a Chemical Engineer from the National Institute of Technology, Trichy. He is a recipient of the ETS TOEFL $10K scholarship for leadership, innovation & communication. Sujay has a passion for classical music, poetry and travelling - having visited 20+ countries across 4 continents.
