- Analyze architectural drawings meticulously and expertly create shop drawings for aluminum doors and windows. - Develop precise fabrication drawings and accurately estimate profiles and hardware requirements. - Conduct comprehensive time motion studies to assess the necessary time and workforce for task completion. - Generate comprehensive cutting charts for shop floor fabrication and confidently collaborate with contractors to achieve optimal results. - Conduct thorough site surveys and confidently liaise with clients to ensure the smooth progress of work. - Obtain unwavering client approval for profiles, hardware accessories, and machining processes at project initiation. - Verify the compatibility of components and hardware in drawings and practical applications with certainty. - Review drawings and machining applications diligently, identifying specific requirements for development. - Estimate material quantities accurately and optimize the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) with confidence. - Design meticulous production and assembly drawings and confidently coordinate with the production team for charts and assembly processes. - Inspect work against fabrication manuals and report any deviations promptly with assurance. - Provide comprehensive production and assembly charts to the production supervisor. - Oversee production and installation of mock-up samples with unwavering confidence. - Develop cutting charts and confidently supervise machining processes, including CNC and manual routers. - Conduct rigorous quality control checks and establish robust checkpoints for the Technical Executive. - Delegate and confidently supervise tasks to the Technical Executive. - Operate software systems for optimization and fabrication expertly.

Please ensure that incoming raw materials are inspected for quality in accordance with the Inspection Test Plan (ITP). After approving the initial sample, please create a comprehensive inspection report. Random inspections should be conducted thereafter. As a Quality Control Inspector, it is important to follow the ITP for the inspection process, including checking aluminum windows and doors and creating inspection reports. Additionally, it would be beneficial to conduct inspections at the supplier's site to ensure their quality standards are met.

The incoming raw materials must undergo a meticulous quality inspection process in strict accordance with the Inspection Test Plan (ITP).
