Designed and implemented a Complaint management system portal using html, Css,Javascript, and Databases,which allows users to file a complaint and also allows admin to view the complaint. RINL(Visakhaptam) uses various kinds of machines and tools to produce steel. Our portal allows employees to file a complaint if any machine stops working so that management can look into it. Ensured only authorized employees have access to the application by creating a Database of employees.
