R TWO Marine Services FZE is approved by Panama Classification Bureau, Intermaritime Certification Services, National Shipping Adjuster, Panama Register of Shipping to conduct Class & Statutory surveys in behalf of Panama, China, Belize, Honduras, Dominica, Tanzania, Paraguay, Ecuador, Moldova.

1.Provide advice and respond to any technical queries received from customers in the middle east region. 2. Perform consultancy, third party inspections, cargo inspections, annual safety inspections, statutory and class surveys, audits requested by companies in the Middle East or any other country as needed. 3. To perform inspections, surveys, audits outside normal working hours as needed. 4. To review technical reports from other surveyors and provide proper follow up of any missing documents and clarifications. 5. To make sure that all informations with regards with vessel, managers companies managed by Middle East Office are up to date, and properly notified when their vessel / companies are due for inspections and audits.

Overall responsibilies for preparations of models, drawings and other engineering deliverables inline with the project and yard requirements. Preparation of detailed production drawings following Class rules and guidance. Knows and understand the use of P&ID. Ensures all drawings are based on P&ID. Producing production spool fabrication drawings, pipe supports and installation drawings. Preparation of bill of materials and weight calculations. Working in accordance with relevant OH&S requirements.
