As the K+ Director of Talent Acquisition at Spring Education Group, I oversee the recruitment of top-tier educators and staff for a network of over 200 schools nationwide. My role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers, school leaders, senior leadership for our shared services, and HR teams to identify talent needs, craft effective sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Holding a Master of Arts in Education with a specialization in Urban Education and Leadership, I am deeply committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable culture within the education sector. My expertise in talent scouting and global talent engagement allows me to attract and retain premier talent for Spring Education Group. In addition to my core responsibilities, I have led several strategic talent acquisition initiatives both at Spring Education Group and in previous roles. These include implementing a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS), developing a highly successful referral program, and leading training sessions on hiring best practices.
