Mr. Little developed a DAS design and special base station software used to control cell phone emissions within the strict guidelines of the National Radio Telescope Specifications. This innovation provided service for ATT customers at the Snowshoe Ski Resort in WV. Cellular service at Snowshoe was prohibited by the National Radio Telescope prior to his solving this riddle. ATT enjoys exclusive cellular network coverage at this venue. Whether implementing solutions to large capital, high profile projects, or developing innovative designs used to solve previously untenable engineering requirements. Mr Little is up to the challenge. Mr. Little is a seasoned professional with over 30 years experience in radio communications and wireless network design. He oversaw the development and deployment of base station designs and switching infrastructure of one of the first nationwide wireless networks used for the Palm VII, Blackberry, and others. Mr. Little excels at leading multidisciplinary teams in developing solutions to difficult engineering questions involving wireless design and optimization. His accomplishments include certification of the some of the first DAS OEM systems deployed on the Cingular Wireless Network.
