TCM Unmanned Aircraft Systems provide a total centralized system management and integration of doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership, education, personnel, and facilities for all UAS within the US Army. The TCM-UAS represents all U.S.Army UAS Programs of Record and future UAS.

Led and managed four independent teams consisting of 54 senior US Army soldiers that were embedded and advised an Iraqi security forces of 3,500+ personnel in areas of intelligence, communications, fire support, logistics, operations and infantry tactics. The aim is to make the ISF and ANA capable of conducting independent counterinsurgency operations, tactically, operationally, and logistically.

Coordinated the international movement of a 1600 person aviation organization out of combat in Iraq to Germany. Managed staff responsible for $1.2 Billion in equipment and $33 Million annual budget with oversight of a 10,000-hour or greater annual flying hour program within budget. Efficiencies saved over $2 million annually

Operations Research and Systems Analyst and Study branch lead; conducted initial UH-60X Analysis of Alternative (AoA) which resulted in the successful designation and initial development of the UH-60M model Blackhawk.

Chief of Current Operations and Joint Operations Center (JOC)Chief. Led a multinational Operations Center made up of 43 Officers from 16 different nations with responsibility for coordinating 24 hour operations for 3 NATO Divisions resulting in a mission completion rate 17% above the standard Received highest number of excellent ratings ever given to a Joint Operations Center encompassing 292 evaluated criteria during international readiness evaluation by a NATO inspection team. Recognized by senior European military leaders for degree of tact and diplomacy used while providing advice that achieved effective results in a multi-national environment
