The site consists of 15 Automated SRM (Storage Retrieval Machines/Cranes) 230+ automated pallet conveyor positions and over 21,000 high-bay storage pallet positions. The system also includes several unique pieces of equipment designed specifically for this customer site. My team is responsible for maintaining a 97%+ average availability (system uptime) for the entire system. Lead a team of technicians in providing technical support for all North American customers. Provided Go-Live support, after hours support, emergency on-site support, on-site customer training and Allen Bradley code developing and troubleshooting.

Sole on-site support for a new customer. Provided 24/7 support for all controls/electrical/mechanical equipment. A large site consisting of hundreds of conveyor positions, 6 S40 (132' tall) Automated cranes, 1/4 mile loop monorail delivering goods from production to DC and custom layer picking gantry robot. Experience in commissioning, preventive maintenance, repair and PLC troubleshooting of entire system spanning two buildings, monorail and a custom Qubiqa gantry layer picking robot. Solely conceptualized, sold and executed a large functionality change to an existing monorail system that delivered goods between two separate building. Changed the existing functionality from always running to on-demand. The change was done with no impact on daily operations. ROI is 45% yearly due to reduced maintenance and utility costs.
