I created audio stories that aired on Invisibilia, The Cut, Radiolab, Pop Up Magazine, Reply All, 99% Invisible, ABC Radio Australia and BBC Radio 4. I've written for The New York Times, Vox, Joysauce, Curbed, Transom and the Bold Italic. I've made guest appearances on Today, Explained, HowSound, Tape and Out on the Wire.

- Presented speeches about how best to treat C-PTSD to thousands of psychologists, therapists, social workers and clinicians, including state Departments of Mental Health, Social Work and Child Welfare, refugee organizations, healthcare networks, child abuse organizations. - Spoken about preserving your mental healthcare in the workplace and creating healthy work environments to corporations such as Panasonic, Lululemon and the Bank of Montreal - Spoken to schools for students on how to seek mental healthcare, or how to process traumatic immigrant experiences (Owens Community College, San Jose State) - Spoken to schools and school districts on how to better spot and care for traumatized students (East Side Union High School District, Rhode Island Schools) - Presented speeches on how to find and tell nuanced stories to doctors, journalists, teachers and storytellers

-Produced stories for the show: pitched, reported, wrote, cut tape, narrated and scored stories with music. -Edited other producers' work. -Produced numerous episodes for the show: came up with themes, found stories, provided edits, and managed staff. -Produced two short films for the “TAL Videos 4 U” series, which together have been viewed about 3.6 million times. "I Love You" won a 2016 Daytime Emmy for Best Directing, Special Class and was nominated in two other categories.

-Co-created, organized and hosted TAL’s Audio Hackathon, which organized a diverse group of about 80 hackers, designers and journalists to work on the task of making audio easier to discover and share. -Decided to produce one great idea from the Hackathon: Shortcut is a web tool that can easily clip a selection from TAL’s entire audio archive, convert it into a transcribed video, and share it to major social networks. It works on desktop and on mobile. -Personally wrote grants to secure funding from the Tow Foundation and the Knight Foundation to make Shortcut a reality. Hired staff of designers and developers to create the project. -Led team through every step of the process, including ideation, design, beta testing and finally release. -Secured funding and set up open source project for Shortcut, which helps organizations implement the tool for themselves.

-Helped create Snap Judgment and developed its sound and style. -Reported, produced, and soundscaped 200 stories, and edited hundreds more. -Created occasional video content for web. -Served as Second Asst. Director on “Snap Judgment Live!” TV Show, Ep. 1. Served as Lighting Director on Snap Live, L.A.
