Entrepreneur | Founder of SEFI & WeGLOW | Women’s Health Advocate | Building brands that empower women through style, fitness & community. I’m an entrepreneur passionate about redefining how women experience style, fitness, and confidence. In 2021, I founded SEFI, a premium activewear brand crafted from luxurious fabrics that mold to the female form. SEFI bridges performance and style, delivering collections that empower women to move with confidence and ease, both in and out of the gym. Designed to embrace femininity, celebrate movement, and elevate everyday wear, SEFI is redefining what activewear means for women today. Alongside SEFI, I co-founded WeGLOW, a women-only fitness app created to help women overcome barriers such as lack of time, knowledge, or confidence. WeGLOW equips women with the tools, guidance, and support to build sustainable habits, strength, and long-term confidence, transforming not only how they move, but how they feel. My work has led to collaborations with PUMA, ASOS, Estée Lauder, YSL, Armani, L’Oréal, Missoma, Vogue, and more. I’ve spoken at LEAP 2025, partnered with WHOOP, and featured on podcasts including The Break, Get It Done, and A Millennial Mind. I’m also a proud advocate for women’s health, having campaigned at No.10 Downing Street to raise awareness of Endometriosis. Drawing from my personal experience with women’s health issues, my diagnosis of endometriosis inspired me to make a difference within the WeGLOW community. I focused on empowering women to exercise, eat, and track their menstrual cycles within the app, encouraging them to work with their bodies rather than against them. My mission: to empower women through style, fitness, and community, helping them feel confident, comfortable, and unstoppable.
