Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law and the Regulatory State (Spring 2014/2015) Teaching Assistant for Land Use Planning (Spring 2015) First Amendment Clinic: I taught a First Amendment workshop to high school students covering student speech, social media use, copyright, fair use, defamation, FOIA/OMA, and privacy. I worked closely with a partner in creating the lesson plans, PowerPoints, and handouts for our presentations. The clinic also gave me the opportunity to research MI school student press policies and draft FOIA letters to collect information. In addition to the FOIA letters, I also drafted a legal brief for a high school regarding fair use and licensing, and I edited a copyright licensing contract for a high school.

* Served as Director of Studies, which entailed acting as a liaison between management and foreign teachers and working to improve teaching quality * Taught up to 150 teaching hours per month * Taught students from a variety of ages and English levels, including students studying to go abroad, business men and women, and those interested in traveling or living abroad
