• Managing the onboarding process, ensuring all pre-employment processes and forms were completed accurately. • Interacting with new staff and working closely with Recruiting Managers. • Providing beneficial advice and support to new employees, answering questions, and resolving any problematic issues. • Collaborating with colleagues on the improvement of hiring procedures. • Maintaining and organizing documents. • Initiate Background verification (BGV) for the new joiner. • Coordinate with vendors to perform background verification checks for new candidates. • Follow up with the candidate to complete their onboarding formalities. • Perform Background verification checks based on available resources and documents. • Send welcome emails to the new joiners. • Send the new joiners list weekly to the backend team for the induction program. • Monitoring and handling mailbox and ensuring resolution delivery within expected TAT. • Perform weekly audits and quality checks for peers within the team and provide timely feedback. • Manage workflow by assigning cases within the team. • Prepare and present weekly data within the team. • Vendor Management • Vendor Onboarding • Working closely with vendors on a daily basis • Communicating with all departments within the enterprise such as internal audit, senior management, etc. to monitor tasks. • Helping with planning and creating vendor management procedures, policies, and programs • Creating Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order • Cross-verify the invoices as well as the products.

End-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, arranging induction, employee relation activities, BGV, existing formalities, etc. •Analyzing requirements, sourcing and short-listing candidates according to the client requirements. •Pre-screening candidates by assessing their technical skills, communication, Salary Expectations and presenting suitable candidates based on the Requirements. •Identifying the right candidates by searching Job Portals-Monster, Naukri, Times Jobs, Internal database, and referrals and through consultants. •Scheduling candidates for the interviews, do reference check and conducting telephonic interview. •Following up until candidate joins the organization. •Grievance Management and Resolution •Backend operation candidate profile creation, UAN generation, ESIC Generation etc. •Handling End to End talent acquisition.
