Responsible for managing all fighter jet programs including entry into service and legacy platforms. Responsibilities include all strategic and operational aspects of the value stream P&L including revenue and earnings planning, customer relationship management, assembly and test operations, supply chain management, capital improvements and production engineering.

Program Manager for new development of large scale fly-by-wire flight control systems.

Manager of a multi-disciplinary customer-facing business team that is directly responsible for program management, revenue planning and execution, and contracts management for all division product lines.

Project manager for a portfolio of programs. Products include various fuel system components for the gas turbine power generation market. Responsible for managing the programs from the bid and proposal phase through entry into production. Responsibility includes all aspects of the programs, focusing on customer satisfaction, schedule management and financial performance.

Project manager for multiple programs, including in-production programs and new development programs. Fully responsible for managing the development programs, including project plans, schedules, budgets and contract requirements from initial design through entry into service. For production programs, responsible for managing delivery schedules, inventory levels, supply chain performance and reducing recurring cost levels.

Project leader for the Boeing 787 APU fuel pump. This advanced fuel pump is industry leading technology; a two stage gear pump with health and fuel monitoring capability and CAN bus communication. As the project leader, maintained overall responsibility for all activities related to engineering, production, supply chain and quality. Oversaw four distinct teams, including a team for engineering new design, a field failure investigation team and an operations (production and supply chain) team. As project leader, was able to improve on time delivery, and improve first pass yield. As well, successfully lead an RCCA team to close EE1 field failures which lead to product improvements.

Team leader responsible for assembly and test operations of a value stream. Responsible for all aspects of the assembly and test team including managing schedules, resources, equipment and daily production issues. As well, responsible for key operational metrics for the assembly and test group.

Working with a team of engineers on the Fuel Module Unit for the Boeing 787 APU. Specific activities on the team include product redesign, failure investigations and production support.

Six month Co-op experience with Parker Hannifin pneumatics design group.

Concentration in aeronautics emphasizing in fluid dynamics with capstone design experience. Cal Poly has been named first in the nation for aerospace and defense worker recruitment by Aviation Week & Space Technology.
