 Most recent achievements were on board a saturation & Air diving vessel as Electrical Technician Officer  Closely co operative with Diving Technician to Repaired, maintained nine men saturation diving chambers, 3 men diving bell, saturation control room & diving control room equipments and installations to ensure safe, efficient and productive diving operations on board. In addition, assist repaired and maintained all onboard air diving equipments.  Repaired, serviced, tested and calibrated various types of CO2, and FM 200 gas analyzers.  Serviced Kirby Morgan KMB 17 & KMB 18 series diving helmets including diving cameras, hat lights and diver communications systems.  Drew diagrams and wrote engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of any modified / newly fitted units.

*  Repaired and maintained Convert team DP2 System and all other associated equipments and control systems. *  Repair and maintenance of all bridge and engine room equipments, shaft generators, and Main Switchboards and control panels. *  Planned and preventive maintenance of all electrical and electronic systems according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles, using hand tools and measuring instruments. *  Specially hired to present annual FMEA - DP trails. In addition, assist repaired and maintained all onboard air diving equipments *  Drew diagrams and wrote engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of any modified / newly fitted units *  Modified DP Alert system and installed Sat and Air dive control rooms.

 A special assignment to take over a new built MPSV vessel in Colombo dockyard. Joined at final stage of vessel building to bring up shortcomings and ensuring that the vessel was being made to meet IMCA requirements to work as DP2 vessel. Took active part in presenting first FMEA-DP trails and shorted out any non-conformities / observations made by surveyors.  Actively participated in the team of top 5 senior officer of the vessel to represent owners during take over the vessel from shipyard as new built.  Presented first FMEA-DP trails of the vessel to surveyors and maritime authorities.  Installed electrical wiring, equipment, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
