Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupport full-cycle recruitment for US-based law firm roles, primarily focusing on BigLaw, AmLaw 100/200, and boutique firms with a focus on Insurance Defense/Coverage,Employment Law, Family Law, Litigation, Corporate/Business Law and Real Estate.Source and identify qualified legal talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and targeted Boolean searches.Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates, mapped by class year, practice area, and firm pedigree.Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening calls to evaluate practice experience, billable hours, bar admissions, and mobility.Qualify candidates against specific law firm requirements, including AmLaw rankings, deal exposure, and practice specialization.Coordinate interview logistics and maintain consistent communication between candidates and internal stakeholders.Prepare candidate submission packages, including formatted resumes, recruiter notes, and basic deal summaries.Track candidate progress through ATS and ensure accurate documentation of submissions, interviews, and feedback.Stay updated on US legal hiring trends, including lateral hiring patterns, compensation benchmarks, and in-demand practice areas.Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and team leads to refine sourcing strategies and improve submission quality
