My current responsibilities center on managing post-sale relationships, strategic implementation and launches of new offerings and monitoring performance metrics to ensure success and quality standards.

Led the firm’s brand and communications efforts across external channels and internal audiences, shaping thought‑leadership content and internal narratives that strengthened engagement with clients, partners, and team members. Partnered with leadership to translate strategic priorities into clear messaging, executive presentations, and partner‑facing storytelling, and collaborated on early‑stage partnerships and go‑to‑market initiatives with prospective clients, ecosystem partners, and public‑sector agencies.​

Delivered strategic planning, organizational change, and restructuring projects for enterprise clients in the technology and retail sectors, working directly with senior leaders and C‑suite teams. Helped align change management strategies and leadership priorities with business outcomes through executive workshops, offsites, and cross‑functional collaboration. Developed research‑backed thought‑leadership content and brand narratives for both the firm and its clients, using client insights to inform go‑to‑market and growth initiatives.
