In addition to my full time job as Head of People at Sociabble, I am teaching Strategic HR to the students of the Entrepreneurship & innovation master at Dauphine University for a Semester.

Heading the Human Resources Department - in direct collaboration with the CEO. I am building and implementing strategies, Processes, HR Projects, tools, and policies in regards to : - HR Administration and Payroll (partly outsourced, HRIS, management of an HR Generalist) - All Recruitments and Onboardings globally & Employer Branding in collaboration with the Head of Communications. - Talent Management systems - Business Partner to Management and Leadership - Employee Communications - Work Council/ Employee Relations (representing the CEO) - Legal mutations - Training & Development programs (e.g. Management; Feedback) - Comp&Ben - International HR Management (Indian & US subsidiaries) - Growing and managing the team (HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialists) -Since Sept 2023: leading ESG at Sociabble -HR Representative for the ISO27001 certification -Organized our 2026 edition of the company Offsite -2026: going through audits and due diligence (M&A) for being acquired by Poppulo. -Talent Acquisition Management (Attracting and recruiting digital experts and C-level talents, helping in retaining them within the agency) -Talent Management (Employees interviews : Integration, evolution & training, work/life balance) Responsible for the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing job deals, in french as well as in english language. Sourcing young talents on school events, job forums.

Analysing the new clients brand and market, proposing them the best strategy depending on their objectives on social media. Strategic planning and reporting for the clients of the agency. I also participated in video shoots for one of our Malaysian client, as a digital host.

-Searching for, discovering, testing or re-testing all quintes of public spaces in the city of Rennes, in order to write articles dedicated to Rennes inhabitants in the new edition of the guide book. -Prospecting businesses in order to sell advertising inserts or to build partnerships. -Public event for launching the new edition held in november 2016.

I was responsible for developing the data base of the group (on Access software) and for generating internal communication documents as well as external/ prospect investors oriented documents. I had the opportunity to attend some of the business negotiation meetings my bosses were leading in different cities and to follow the steps of the long processes of this job, including the issues they may face. Then, I helped brainstorming and benchmarking for the purpose of the creation of the new website, and I analyzed the feasibility and risks of new real estate environments such as fluvial sites.

I have been completing my Licence + Master 1 in Rennes School of Business as followed: 1 year Licence 1 semester Master 1 in Rennes + the 2nd semester at ITB in Bandung, Indonesia 1 full gap year completing two internships in Indonesia and in Paris, France All my courses have been in english language.
