I am the coordinator of the PF vertical, working with the payroll loan and INSS (Brazilian Social Security Institute) teams.

As a Product & Agile Leader at Sicredi, I am responsible for leading and developing the Agile and Product Center of Excellence (CoE), and for scaling agility into new areas of the organization. My key responsibilities include: Leadership and Mentorship: I guide and support the CoE team and agile professionals across the organization to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and outcome-oriented delivery. This includes activating people management practices, such as designing personalized Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and conducting regular one-on-one meetings to align expectations, address challenges, and monitor progress. Strategy Development: I design and implement strategies for agile adoption and maturity, while supporting the development of effective product management capabilities within the organization. Data and Assessment: I assess team and organizational progress through data-driven insights. We design and maintain operational and executive dashboards to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement. AI-Driven Efficiency: I’ve been co-leading initiatives to explore and apply Artificial Intelligence to boost performance and streamline processes. This includes identifying and implementing AI solutions that eliminate unnecessary manual interventions, automate recurring tasks, and enhance the effectiveness of our CoE practices and internal services.

As Chief Information Officer (CIO), I lead the technology and innovation strategy of a scalable logistics platform. I focus on leveraging AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to improve operational efficiency, accelerate product delivery, and enable data-driven decisions. My role connects technology, product, and business strategy to support a high-performance culture and drive innovation in the logistics ecosystem.

As a Software Engineering Leader, I am leading the Accounting, Fiscal, and Commercial teams. My main responsibilities include: -Developing and implementing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for engineers. -Conducting one-on-one meetings to provide continuous feedback and support the professional growth of the team. -Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators to ensure the teams' efficiency and effectiveness. With a focus on human development and continuous improvement, I strive to optimize processes and achieve the company's strategic goals.

-Portfolio management for organizational improvement; -Collaborate with the general manager to promote agility within its context; -Management of Agile Masters and Agile Chapter Leaders; -Monitoring projects from conception to delivery; -Creation of dashboards and performance indicators for the area and the progress of projects.

-Collaborate with management to help develop agility in your context -Collaborate with the portfolio team for organizational improvement -Mentoring the Agile Masters. -Encourage pull system work mode and assist product people

-Responsible for helping to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organization using OKRs, Flight Levels and agile methods; -Management of the software development area; -Monitoring and prioritizing software projects.

Teach, mentor, and coach Agile principles and practices, thus enabling people, teams, and organizational growth; Be a facilitator across the organization in various forums by providing guidance, moderation, and support; Foster an environment of successful delivery and continuous improvement; Help the organization detect blockers and experiment solutions to reduce waste and optimize delivery; Work on visualization strategies and metrics, creating an environment of collective awareness; Actively participate in organizational changes decision processes with a focus on Agile principles.

Contribute to the construction of an environment where the continuous improvement of development processes is in focus, and where the common goal of everyone is to frequently deliver products that improve the customer experience and that positively impact the business. Support the teams in great challenges and help to reach the high- performance state as soon as possible; Facilitate learning through workshops, meetings, dynamics, training, mentoring, etc;

Essential Functions: Serve and support the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers; Ensure that development time is not interrupted from your activities by external factors; Provide full support to the team as a servant leader and lead by example; Guide and train teams and an organization on how to use Agile / Scrum / Kanban practices and values ​​to delight customers; Guide and train in search of self-manageable / self-organizing times; Team and Organization Maturity Assessment - train the team to higher levels of maturity, a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization; Building a trusting and safe environment where issues can be raised without fear of censorship, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on problem-solving; Lead teams in pursuit of excellence for results is nominated to lead the team to achieve goals; Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution; Helping with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and spreading information; Support and educate the Product Owner, especially with regard to refining (or grooming) and managing the product backlog.
