Responsible for complete recruiting process from sourcing, screening, recruiting, interviewing and closing of candidates for the R&D Products Division.. Team lead of 6 -8 over all Studio Engineering recruiting. Re-structured and implemented staffing processes and improvements increasing hiring in the studio by over 70%. Responsible for overall recruiting process from sourcing, screening, recruiting, interviewing and closing of candidates for the Studio as well as our Incubator teams. Responsible for all Executive recruiting management inclusive of retained search firms. Responsible for vendor relations for outside agency. Strong interaction and partnership with upper level Executive management and HR in the complete creative recruiting strategy management on headcount planning and strategies for recruiting and hiring within all studio teams. As a lead, I was responsible for training of other recruiters within the WW staffing organization on various strategies, interactions with candidates and managers, creative sourcing and offers as well as preparing a strong close of the offer.
