. To lead and manage the Design and Estimation Team . Study contract documents, drawings, specification, BOQ and finalizing scope of work . Identifying the project requirement, fa�ade/window types, Study of Architectural Drawings . Computing Design wind pressure for the project according to IS 875 . Supporting client in Structural calculation and Designing of fa�ade and proposing the suitable system for the Fa�ade of building . Follow up with Architects, Consultants, fabricators, builders and PMC in case of any technical issues clarification . To work in close coordination with all concerned departments including sales team, Estimators, Technical Department, Purchase Department, etc. . To review budgets in detail, prepared by estimation team and give inputs in order to bring down the costs without diluting the product and saleability . Follow up and resolve technical issues arise with customer. . Obtain and evaluate relevant information, and respond promptly to customer inquiries with correct details. . Preparing project report consists of a detailed presentation which gives a conceptual idea of the window fa�ade type of overall project . Detailed planning of all tasks involved in a given project and monitor the progress of team by periodic meetings . Value Engineering to cut down the costs which may involve uncompromised approach to maintain the aesthetics and functionality of the system structure . Checking proforma invoices & bill of material . Checking and monitoring the works/tasks allocated to team members . Preparing monthly report of teams activity

Technical presentations to the architects, builders and fabricators regarding our product and to convince them about all the technical aspects of the systems
