Led the AR production department of over 100 talented designers and engineers. We've developed and launched thousands of super creative and exciting AR lenses with cutting-edge technologies from sky segmentation to real-time clothing try-on and won several Gold Cannes Lions. Responsible for AR production pipeline infrastructure development and deployment into Snap Inc globally. This includes building new workflows, production tools. Launched several development teams and R&D-focused directions.

Built out global VFX Snap's team focused on developing the best AR lens experiences for more than 100s of millions of Snapchat users. (includes AR experiences for brand partnerships and regions). Responsible for AR production pipeline infrastructure development and deployment into VFX Lens Team

Launched and managed a VFX team of 20 with unique AR expertise. We worked closely with Disney, PepsiCo, Nike, Verizon, Coca Cola to build best-in-class AR marketing experiences that drive measurable business results and cultural impact. Developed and deployed specific utilities for AR production. Managed a collaboration with third-party post-production studios as content providers Looksery Inc. - Software Company acquired by Snap Inc.

Launched the first largest 3D electronics model marketplace for digital creators. Digital Assets designed by us allow our customers to create award-winning video content in the shortest possible time. Grew service revenues to $84k through client retention and attach rate of revenue to a product base. Our Digital Assets have been used by larger clients such as CBS, IBM, Yahoo, NBC, Unilever, P&G, Ogilvy, SCA, PepsiCo, Nike.

Leading Digital Compositing Department to deliver the highest visual quality 3d animations product for little ones. Our animated series teach little ones ABCs, numbers, shapes, colors, and more! Dave and Ava Studio produce “Dave and Ava Nursery Rhymes” is animated series developed especially for young children, ages 1-4.

Responsible for production pipeline in-studio globally. Led compositing and VFX departments that produce every CGI shot for all projects in the studio.
