I am working as Sr. Support, Service and Application engineer in my current company. My responsibility in my company is like a bridge between our customer and in my company. My role is in the company to understand customer expectations pre-sales and Post sales. As same side my role is also giving me opportunity to explain our product to customer and giving confidence upon them So that customer can improve their quality by using our product and my company get benefited by that sale. On the other side to support all of our exciting costumesr for smooth running of the machines as well.
