I'm Jiayi Shen, 24 years old. Currently, I'm pursuing a master's degree in Management at Lancaster University. I graduated from Tianjin University of Technology, majoring in Environmental Design for my undergraduate studies. During my school days, I maintained excellent academic performance, which has equipped me with a diverse knowledge base across different disciplines. I've accumulated rich internship experience. At Aerospace Cloud Network, I was engaged in Party - Mass and personnel - related work. I participated in campus recruitment and successfully recruited 5 R & D engineers. When I interned at Meituan, I excelled in social recruitment. I sifted through over 2,000 resumes and recruited more than 30 individuals.
