As an office manager, I manage, supervise, and control the team coordination, start from receiving orders, planning productions, procuring goods and materials, and shipping goods. I’m in charge in coordinating, communicating with the head office and buyers on orders updates.

CV. Citra Basic Furniture is a manufacturer company producing rattan baskets and furniture in Majalengka. In the first year of my career, I was assigned to be a person in charge of making sure that IKEA WAY Compliance applied in the company. By September 2014, the company selected me to be involved in developing and growing the business in sales and marketing. I am one of the main key accounts of the company in communicating with the buyers and colleagues to correspond their inquiries, managing orders, samples, and planning shipments.
