1. Lead and manage all commercial aspects of customer accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services aligned with client expectations. 2. Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. 3. Coordinate engineering, purchasing, planning, and production activities to fulfill customer requirements efficiently. 4. Oversee all project phases, ensuring timely reporting, cost recovery (E&O), and successful execution of ECOs and program changes. 5. Supervise Program and Planning teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

1. Manage customer order management from PO receive until shipment and resolve any issue related to order management. 2. Plan strategy with Business Unit Director to find opportunity to improve Sales and Target. 3. Ensure no customer escalations or complaints by monitor closely Orders and proactively checking progress and highlight earlier if issue arises. 4. Review budget and Project’s Goal provided by Management. 5. Analyses weekly forecast from customer with planner and forecast/demand loading management for weekly MRP – capacity and priority. 6. Communicates with customer on requirements (e:g open PO, RMA, OTD) and issue in production by having a conference call review meeting weekly to ensure smooth and on time delivery. 7. Collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Logistic and Material team. 8. To prepare, analyze and distributes reports which may include productions reports, open order status, PO placement, on time delivery, FG aging and buffer stock, forecast, order coverage and shipments to customer and management. 9. Review and present Project’s health, KPI and Revenue with Business unit director. 10. Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments, delivery and quality. 11. Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.

1. Analyzed and study material availability to determine clear to build date. 2. Responsible for production and capacity plan. 3. Ensures a steady flow of all materials needed to keep a manufacturing line operating smoothly. 4. Managed inventory issues on regular basis. 5. Prepared shortages report and follow up material readiness closely with Buyers. 6. Prepared production reports and monitoring work order aging. 7. Working in collaboration with Production, Program, Engineering Department.

1. Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure Project are adhere to client’s specification and shipment date is on schedule. 2. Executed daily manufacturing engineering activities, including working with teams to design and implement manufacturing processes and layouts. 3. Discuss specification changes and Engineering Change Order with Client. 4. Track Projects Performance and monitor project progress. 5. Collaborate with Quality Department for failure analysis once get failure feedback from customer and production site. 6. Manage Engineering Change Request and do BOM scrubbing to ensure Clients BOM are up to date. 7. Assess the complaint and determine what action is required.
