Led S/4HANA enterprise transformation at the public sector institution, aligning modernization with mission-driven impact across 26 countries and improving early childhood development outcomes for more than one million children. 2. Co-led the largest ever very rapid 18-month SAP business transformational program at the European largest CPG client involving 600+ resources, paved the way for a comprehensive, future-ready foundation. With SAP as the new digital platform, TCS helped transform its end-to-end HR processes, finance, sales and distribution, procurement, customer care, supply chain, product development, and other critical areas across its global operations. This program has enabled greater business agility while positioning the client as a truly advanced direct-to-consumer company. Ran a competitive grassroots campaign that narrowed a historic 70–30 margin to nearly 50–50 against a quarter-century Republican incumbent, demonstrating the ability to compete and mobilize voters in a traditionally one-sided race. Led a high-intensity field operation, canvassing more than 8,000 doors in under three months to engage voters and build broad community support. Expanded civic participation and energized residents, contributing to approximately 30% higher voter turnout compared with prior elections. Built and led a diverse volunteer network and neighborhood organizing structure that strengthened grassroots infrastructure and community trust. Executed a data-driven, community-focused campaign that elevated local priorities and increased public engagement in governance.
