• Thermal design, modeling, and manufacturing of a new type of dehumidification system consuming less energy. > Design and simulate the performance of different parts in Ansys Fluent. > 3D print and implement the parts in the test setup. > Run the tests and get the feedback and change the design accordingly to find the optimum design. • Tested and validated multiple sensor technologies in the lab, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement and selecting optimal instrumentation for the production system. > Research, evaluate, and test different sensors, including airflow, pressure, CO2, temperature, RH, and particle and choosing the reference sensor and the sensor for mass production. > Design and build the test rig to test the sensors. > Calibrate the sensors based on the reference sensor for the on-site implication. • Design a new heat exchanger for cooling down the hot humid air and hot concentrated liquids, with 20% higher efficiency. > Test the new design in the lab at different conditions and verify the performance of the system. • Assist in the scale-up and manufacturing processes of systems and components at a startup level.
