Director, Global Market Access
Eisai is a global research and development-based pharmaceutical company specialising in oncology and neurology products. In my current role, I lead Eisai's Global Market Access team in our goal to optimize and sustain patient access and reimbursement for all Eisai's branded treatment portfolio and pipeline. We do this by developing and driving sound global strategies for all aspects of reimbursement, market access, adoption and pricing; providing best practice support to our country market access affiliates and external partners in their reimbursement activities; working cross-functionally to ensure that reimbursement requirements are considered throughout clinical development and that the wider business is informed of market access opportunities, risks, plans and progress. I also lead development and refinement of global payer-value materials, including value dossiers, treatable & eligible patient number models, cost-effectiveness and budget impact models. Throughout my time at Eisai, I have worked on over 100 reimbursement / HTA submissions, made across 42 countries, and across both oncology and neurology disease areas, including Alzheimer's disease (AD). Nearly half of these submissions were for a dual-branded oncology combination therapy. In addition to my global role, I am a member of Eisai's EMEA Core AD team, set up to lead activities across the EMEA region, supporting preparations for the launch of a disease-modifying therapy for AD.

Associate Director, Global Market Access
In my role as Associate Director within Eisai's Global Market Access team, I was responsible for driving overall global strategy for all aspects of reimbursement, market access, adoption and pricing across Eisai's oncology and AD portfolio, helping to secure optimal access and reimbursement by supporting country affiliates and partners in the adaptation of global materials, preparing local submissions and pricing negotiations.
