I am a Project and Program Management professional with 4+ years of experience supporting multi-regional initiatives, implementing digital systems, improving operational efficiency, and coordinating stakeholders across government, private sector, and community settings. My background combines a Master’s in Project Planning & Management with hands-on experience strengthening field operations, developing SOPs, designing monitoring tools, and producing high-quality reports for strategic decision-making. I have successfully led and supported programs focused on digital compliance systems, community outreach, team coordination, and regional expansion. I thrive in environments that require structured planning, data-driven reporting, problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement. My work has contributed to improved service delivery, enhanced compliance processes, and more efficient program implementation across multiple regions in Tanzania. I am passionate about contributing to development programs that create meaningful community impact particularly in areas of project implementation, operations, M&E support, and systems strengthening. I aim to continue growing within NGO/INGO project environments while advancing my skills through PMP certification.
